Hello! We are delighted that you've made it this far and are interested in submitting your work to the event. Here are a couple things you should know before you hit 'submit' (ftp coming soon):

This year's theme is "Bringing to Light" - through engaging artwork inspired by landscape architecture and design

Space is available in the form of walls for 2 dimensional submissions, walls for 3 dimensional mounted art, and walls and floors for 3 dimensional art. Screens, projectors, roofs, exterior exposed walls are also up for grabs. Click here for plan dimensions, wall dimensions and a walkabout around mars.

Artwork Criteria:  None really, only that it must be simply brilliant. We want to see, hear and feel your interpretations of the theme. We will consider all mediums and sizes, surprise us (just make sure it fits in the space).

Submission Deadline: September 14, 2007

Guidelines: What we need is your name contact information, samples of your art - see below in review for detail, and any supporting documents: show us the big picture. Give us what we need to understand what you and your art is about. We love concept sketches, small studies of big ideas, philosophical blurbs, illustrated story boards, your inspiration, and the always useful callouts and dimensions.

Review: Our favorite medium to review submissions is through digital jpegs or gifs attached via cultivatedevent@gmail.com or uploaded to our ftp (coming soon). We accept up to 15 images of your work at an easily downloadable file size - if you crash our computers, it heavily dampens your sumbission efforts.
Although we prefer recieving submissions through email, we will also take a peak at slides, color/high quality photocopies and hand drawn layouts sent via air or ground to here:
